I am porting barebox to my router, ar9331 MIPS 24kc 400MHz, 32MB RAM, 4MB Flash.
I don't know what is the proper size to set the stack and malloc.

All of this is configurable. Primary this should be kernel requirements, not barebox. What a arch you want to boot?
