Those aren't used anymore and are just the result of missing janitorial
work to the board Makefiles.

What you need to look for is something like
"arch/arm/boards/tqma6x/.flash-header-tqma6q.dcd.dcd.tmp" which is
generated from the dependencies in images/Makefile.imx
