BIT(3) in the SDHCI_TRANSFER_MODE register is not
SDHCI_TRNS_AUTO_CMD12, but SDHCI_TRNS_AUTO_CMD23.
Fix this in preparation for later use of SDHCI_TRNS_AUTO_CMD23.
