There is no difference between ARMv7 and ARMv8, therefore the helper name to pass the overlay is generic. That being said, on ARMv8 it's required to use the ARCH_IMX_ATF_PASS_BL_PARAMS mechanism, else the devicetree location can't be passed to OP-TEE. Therefore a sanity check for ARMv8 is added.
