Subject: [PATCH 09/19] video: backlight-pwm: allocate brightness levels with devm_kcalloc
Date: Wed, 28 Oct 2026 10:14:43 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <20261028092442.3300753-10-a.fatoum@pengutronix.de> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <20261028092442.3300753-1-a.fatoum@pengutronix.de>
From: Ahmad Fatoum <a.fatoum@barebox.org>
The levels table is allocated with xzalloc(), but freed with
devm_kfree() when it's replaced by the interpolated table. That only
works as long as devm_kfree() is a plain free(), so allocate it with
devm_kcalloc() like Linux does.
