This makes it easier to port Linux drivers like PMICs, where a device
tree probed MFD node exists and the driver matching against it then
registers a number of MFD cell devices, which don't have their own
DT compatibles.

Some i2c devices need the SMBus accessors instead of the raw i2c access,
so provide a regmap helper for that.

Fixed regulators currently always end up in the return -EINVAL else
branch. In Linux, the fixed regulator driver parses the DT and will
populate fixed_uV if min_uv and max_uv are equal. For barebox, it's
easier to do this in the core, but the result is the same:
We now can call regulator_get_voltage for fixed regulators.

Regulators may themself have other regulators supplying them.
The regulators need to be enabled recursively for proper operation.

Linux handles this by allows drivers to provide
struct regulator_desc::supply_name, which will be requested when the
regulator itself is requested and enabled/disabled as necessary.

As no driver yet uses this new member, this should introduce no
functional change.

So far, we never considered fixed-regulator vin-supply. This worked as
long as the vin-supply on the board was already turned on.

Do as Linux does and request vin-supply as needed. For deep probe
enabled boards, this may result in breakage that can be resolved with
barebox,allow-dummy-supply. For other boards, a warning will be
printed and the vin-supply populated with the dummy regulator.

This driver provides control of following power management ICs by
Rockchip: RK805, RK809, RK817, RK808 and RK818 as well as a power-off
handler in the MFD driver.

The other MFD cells are exported as well, but no drivers are added for
them here. The code is based on an older version of the Linux driver,
with less abstractions that are not yet synced to barebox.
