[PATCH 1/2] arm: avnet zedboard: Use compressed DTB

The barebox image is limited to the OCRAM size, so squeeze the binary
size a little bit by using compressed DTB.

[PATCH 2/2] arm: zync: Use XZ for image compression

The zync images are currently limited to OCRAM size, so make the images
a bit smaller by using XZ instead of LZO.
